Our skills enhancement programme is evaluated every three years by AFNOR. Following this audit, the skills label is issued by Consult in France Strategy et Management.
In 2016, the AFNOR assessment recognised Algoé’s excellence in all its processes and gave us a mark of 34/35.
Career advancement at Algoé is organised according to skill area (technical, organisational, interpersonal, business and managerial) and linked with different levels of qualification recognised by the consulting sector ranging from Junior Consultant to Director. It is based on:
- Active mentoring during the first 8 months
- Regular monitoring of your skills
- An annual “people review” will allow you to confirm your short-term and long-term career goals.
- At every step of your career, you will take part in a training program (8-10 days for the first years).
